Just imagine how you feel when you do not sleep well, no energy, sometimes angry, it’s hard to concentrate and so what. And as you know also noticeable in your appearance, dark circles are the most obvious symptom, but also the skin becomes dull, loses its natural shine, eyes may become red and overall appearance is different.
When you imagine what happens when you get used to not sleeping well or not getting enough sleep for long periods of time. The effects of lack of sufficient sleep is harmful. Do not think that by not sleeping these tricking your body, your body no one deceives for long.
What is sleep?
It is a dynamic process (although it seems otherwise), during which the mind is active. There are several stages during sleep, and each is important and each one is different mental activity.
