Symptoms and Signs of Pregnancy- How a woman can say that she was pregnant? There are several symptoms and signs of pregnancy to be sought. Possibility is that a woman has only a few of these signs. Every pregnancy is different from the others. The same mother may have symptoms completely different in the two pregnancies.

Here are some important symptoms and signs of pregnancy.

Implantation: Generally the first sign of pregnancy is visible when the egg implants itself into the uterus. This takes about 8 to 10 days after ovulation. Implantation results in an increase in progesterone levels. This causes an increase in body temperature.
