Sleeping well means two things:
first relax the hours needed and secondly to rest well. This is not to be in bed 10 hours spinning around, but neither is that worth 4 hours of sleep with it and say that we have enough. What usually happens is that your body gets used over prolonged periods to rest soon, but eventually takes its toll.
