Diet Against Breast Cancer

The ingestion of dietary fat is associated with increased plasma concentration of estrogen, however although there have been several studies has been difficult to obtain conclusive data to separate the fat intake of other factors that might influence the risk of breast cancer. However, some case-control studies and cohort studies suggests a moderate increase in risk with increasing consumption of dietary fat.

There may be a moderate protective effect of high intake of vegetables, but with regard to the intake of fruits, fiber and meat consumption results are still inconclusive

Alcohol is perhaps the most important risk factor, recent studies show that ethanol consumption could increase the concentration of endogenous estrogen, which is associated with increased risk of this malignancy.

The Fruit Diet

This is a decoupled type of diet that focuses exclusively on dinner while breakfast and meals can continue as normal. nyway, if you want best results Elicia advised that during the 25 days follow a diet low in calories and suggests a reduced calorie diet of 900 calories.

The procedure of the diet is very simple and not too much effort lies in what can be done anywhere and in any situation.

Procedure:

This diet is divided into 3 phases
The 1st phase: lasts 5 days in which to dine only papaya (regardless of breakfast and lunch) to feel full.
The 2nd phase: The next 5 days is also dine pita ya or mango until you feel completely satisfied.
Stage 3: In the past 15 days only to feel full dinner sour sop.

It is recommended not to make this diet more than 25 days since their calorie intake is very low and its continuation would cause serious health disorders. On the other hand are advised to see a specialist to take advice and monitor the implementation of the diet.
