Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes the immune system to attack its own body tissues and may jeopardize the patient’s life.
This disease mostly affects people aged 15 to 45 years, and often difficult to diagnose because its early symptoms, joint pain, fatigue, liver spots and fever, are often confused with other common diseases of these patients even if they are treated accordingly.
More than 40 years ago that the disease is known and not yet known cure.
Currently more than five million people in the world who struggle against this disease.
On Thursday May 10 is celebrated World Lupus Day.
