SleepingSleeping well means two things:
first relax the hours needed and secondly to rest well. This is not to be in bed 10 hours spinning around, but neither is that worth 4 hours of sleep with it and say that we have enough. What usually happens is that your body gets used over prolonged periods to rest soon, but eventually takes its toll. While it is true that every person needs a different time of rest is also true that many people do not rest it should. I’ll give you 10 reasons for you to pay more attention to your rest:

1. Aesthetics. Sleep makes you beautiful, relaxing and skin cells regenerate more easily.

2. The eyes. The view rests on a deep, rhodopsin, a light-sensitive pigment is regenerated, so that the eyes are retrieved from the effort made during the day. It also helps eliminate dark circles and bags.
3. Breath. When sleep slows and becomes deeper, which facilitates the oxygenation of the cells.
4. Thins. When the body is not getting enough rest has a tendency to accumulate fat and harder to be burned. A relaxed body helps maintain or even lose weight and get less sleep than when we produce more ghrelin hormone that increases appetite.
5. Anti-virus. The immune system needs rest, sleep, affects as many as stress, which increases the risk to infections.
6. Controlled hypertension. When not getting enough rest are at risk of an increase in our blood pressure and cardiovascular disease by increasing production of cortisol, a hormone that causes stress.
7. Heart. During sleep also slows the heart rate for coronary cells and tissues can be repaired: it’s time that our body releases melatonin and growth hormone to perform these tasks.
8. Diabetes Control. Get enough sleep also helps control type 2 diabetes by increasing the blood sugar levels as a result of the cortisol.
9. Intellectual. Rest is critical to improving our intellectual activity. The brain needs this time off to process all the information accumulated during the day. To study, for example, it is best to sleep well against those who spend a sleepless night reviewing. It also helps our emotions, so we release unconscious emotions that would otherwise be suppressed.
10. Physical coordination. A psychomotor performance can not run properly if the brain is not resting. It’s when they failed because of fatigue. If the activity is going to drive or to perform a job that involves risks not rest only advisable but essential.
